(1) What are the requirements to apply for a phone contract?

To apply for a phone contract at CPH Phones, the requirements are pretty basic. You must be of legal age (18 years old or above) and a resident of UK. You must also provide proof of steady income to show that you are able to handle the fixed monthly fee.

(2) Can I still apply even with a poor credit rating?

Yes, you are more than welcome to apply for a phone contract with a poor credit rating or history of ccjs and defaults. At CPH Phones, we cater especially to people with bad credit and have been refused a phone contract elsewhere because of it.

(3)Do you require customers to be employed?

We do not require customers to be fully employed. You can be working part time or self-employed and you are still welcome to apply. You just need to make sure that you can provide proof of steady income.

(4) What types of handsets do your offer?

We offer a wide selection of handsets from older models to the newer ones available in the market today. We carry many of the top mobile phone manufacturers including Apple, Samsung, Nokia, HTC, Blackberry, Lenovo and many more.

(5) How long does the contract last?

CPH Phones offer the typical phone contract, which lasts for 24 months. You can choose your handset along with a phone bundle that will cover your call, text and data needs. When approved for a contract, this means you will be paying a fixed monthly fee for the next 24 months.

(6) Do you guarantee approval?

CPH Phones do not guarantee 100% approval but we do have one of the highest approval rates in the market today. While approval is not always guaranteed, we have a team of specialists who assist and guide customers to make the right decision in order to ensure quick and easy approval every time.

(7) Do you require a guarantor?

Because we offer no credit check phones, there’s no need for a guarantor if you want to apply for a phone contract and you have bad credit. As long as you meet the requirements and you can afford the monthly fee, you can almost always expect quick approval.

(8) How long before I can receive the handset?

Once approved for a phone contract, you can expect to receive the handset within 24 to 48 hours. The handset will be delivered to your billing address.

(9) What happens if I can’t pay for the monthly fee?

In the event that you can’t pay for the monthly fee, we advise for you to contact CPH Phones as soon as you can. Depending on the situation, we may be able to make a new arrangement that will be more favorable on your part. Failure to contact CPH Phones may mean extra fees and charges.
